SEAMAC shall lead in providing quality education and training with the aim of satisfying its customers' needs and shall provide safe, adequate and pleasant teaching-learning condition to all trainees with the objective of improving their working skills and competencies by giving them the necessary and relevant upgrading education and training for the best interest of their companies - for their fruitful employment and better quality of life for their families.  This shall be done by continually complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements set by the industry, and by improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System anchored on a strong Research and Development Program.
